How to become a crore with Rs 10,000 monthly investment
- Total Investment: Rs 24,00,000 (Rs 10,000 × 240 months)
- Final Corpus: ~Rs 1.87 crore (due to compounding)
- Time to Reach Rs 1 Crore: ~15-16 years (as seen in the table, the corpus crosses Rs 1 crore around Year 17).
- Increase SIP by 10 per cent Yearly: If you increase your SIP by 10 per cent annually (Rs 10,000 → Rs 11,000→ Rs 12,100, etc.), you can reach Rs 1 crore in ~12-13 years.
- Higher Returns (15 per cent+): If you manage 15 per cent returns, you can achieve Rs 1 crore in ~14 years with the same SIP.
