HAL dividend 2025: After paying an interim dividend of Rs 25 equity per share in February, Maharatna PSU Hindustan Aeronautics ( HAL ) will again announce a cash reward for its shareholders. The company announced on Thursday, June 19, that it will declare the dividend amount next week, as per a regulatory filing.
If we look at the data available on BSE, HAL has maintained a good record of paying dividends to its shareholders. The company has paid dividends to its shareholders for the 13 times.

The company has announced to pay a final dividend by next week. In a regulatory filing HAL stated that “Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, the 27th June, 2025 will consider, inter-alia, the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25.”
HAL further stated that “Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, with immediate effect till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.”

As per the data available on BSE, the company has paid a dividend of Rs 13 and Rs 22 equity per share in 2024. Likewise, in 2023, HAL paid a dividend of Rs 20 and Rs 15 equity per share. In the same year, the PSU company announced stock split from Rs 10 to Rs 5.
